What is the Growth Code?

The Growth Code is an 18-month program designed to accelerate the growth of scalable, Black-owned South African businesses through business development support and capital. It features expert-led sessions on strategy, people, systems, financial management, sales, and investment readiness, along with access-to-market boot camps

Entrepreneurs interested in applying for The Growth Code must meet the following criteria:

  • Be 51%+ Black-owned and South African-registered SMEs.
  • Demonstrate a scalable business model offering innovative products or services.
  • Have a revenue turnover between R10 million and R50 million.
  • Be led by a founder or team with strong leadership capabilities.
  • Show a clear intention to access growth capital to scale operations.

A total of 40 businesses will be selected.

The Growth Code runs for 18 months, providing ongoing mentorship, coaching, and learning sessions to help businesses scale.

Applications can be submitted online through our official website. The process includes completing an application form and providing necessary business documents.
